Do it for YOU

Here I was on my morning search for motivation and self-development while I make myself presentable for the day...

And I came across 𝑻𝒉𝒊𝒔.

You’ll often here about WHY in business.

This quote resonated with me... And I had to share it.

Let me tell you something.

Starting something for yourself….

Creating a new small business….

Be it a blog, trying your hand at brand marketing or influencing, opening a boutique or finallyyyy going out on your own after working for someone else all this time.

What we're doing is NOT easy. It's sales. Sales is not easy, if it were, there wouldn't be a million gajillion podcasts, books, seminars, tips, blogs and articles about it.

So why are we expecting it to be?

Did you start with the idea of 'I know a little about x, how hard could it be '???

Yes, you did.

Everyone has had that thought cross their minds at some point.

And the truth is, yeah, there are some basics involved.

But, we would be naive to think that WE aren't in sales.

To me, it's a challenge. It's a game. It's a puzzle.

And every day, I'm figuring out how to find the secret.

If something doesn't work, I try something different. If my followers don't respond well, so what if my idol-influencer had great success with it (good for her), I change up my approach, the time I posted, the content of my message.

I 💯 believe that there's a method, a path, THE SECRET... That works for everyone. It may not be duplicable...

And let me tell you 𝒘𝒉𝒚.

It's because, when you find what works for you.. you get this little high. You get a sensation of feeling successful, having IT.

You get IN THE ZONE. And it's contagious. You'll keep doing what works for you and what felt right, because you were in your sweet spot. Your zone!

So let me tell you, I don't know 𝒘𝒉𝒚 you started your journey.

It's impossible for me to know every single one of your stories, and even if I did, i couldn't guarantee it was really for that reason.

But I can GUARANTEE you, that the more you go all in.

The more you commit.

The more you keep trying to find that secret sauce.

The more you let your 𝒘𝒉𝒚 transform into 'Doing it for yourself.'

And doing it with such passion, hope, belief, and perseverance that you can't stop because you don't want to let yourself down....

That's when you'll find it. That's when you'll find that the 𝙃𝙊𝙒 is easier or becoming easier every day.
